Returns & Exchanges

At BĀMBA Swim, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with hygiene seals and tags intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners are in place and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will issue your store credit via email or dispatch your new exchange items immediately.
